About these terms

These terms govern purchases of physical products through this website and use of its customer accounts. The business identified below operates the store. Read these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy before ordering.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract to place an order. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders or misuse another person’s information.

Products and orders

Review the description, size, materials, quantity, care instructions and any product-specific conditions before buying. Handmade products may have minor variations described in their listing; this does not excuse defects or a material mismatch with the description.

An order reference or pending payment is not proof of payment. Payment confirmation follows verification. If payment is received but stock or fulfilment cannot be confirmed, we will review the order, contact you and arrange an applicable refund if we cannot supply it. We will not substitute a product or increase an agreed price without your consent.

Prices, GST and invoices

Amounts are in Indian rupees (INR). Review the final payable amount before payment, including discounts, shipping and the displayed tax treatment. The final checkout identifies whether GST is included in or added to prices and shows applicable tax components. A payment gateway receipt is separate from a GST tax invoice.

GST, where chargeable by the registered supplier, depends on the goods and applicable place-of-supply rules. Intra-state supplies generally attract CGST with SGST or UTGST, and inter-state supplies generally attract IGST. Any applicable cess is shown separately. No single GST rate applies to every product.

For a registered-business invoice, enter the correct legal business name, GSTIN and billing address before payment. Check delivery details too, since they may affect the place of supply. Invoice details include the supplier and recipient particulars, invoice number and date, goods and HSN, taxable value and applicable tax breakdown. Issued invoices can be accessed from My Orders when available.

Contact us promptly about an invoice error. Issued tax records require lawful correction; a payment refund does not itself constitute a GST credit note. Input tax credit depends on the law and your eligibility and is not guaranteed by purchasing from us.

Payment and payment problems

Payments are processed using Razorpay and the methods available in its hosted checkout. We do not request card credentials, OTPs or UPI PINs by email, phone or support messages. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own terms.

If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, check My Orders and contact support with the order or payment reference. Avoid paying again until the first attempt has been checked. Closing the payment window or cancelling an unpaid checkout does not automatically refund an already captured payment.

Delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds

Delivery coverage, dispatch estimates, charges and delay handling are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellation eligibility, return conditions, the request process, return costs and refund timelines are described in our Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy. Contact support before purchasing if a required detail is missing.

For a cancellation or return, send your order number and reason through the published support contact. For damaged, defective or incorrect goods, describe the issue and provide reasonable supporting information where available. Statutory remedies remain available for defective, misdescribed or undelivered goods; discretionary return conditions cannot remove them.

Approved payment refunds are returned through the original payment route where supported. Bank or payment-network processing may follow our initiation of the refund. We will provide the available refund reference for tracking. Cancellation charges, if any, must be disclosed before purchase and applied consistently with applicable consumer law.

Responsible use and consumer rights

Website text, branding and photographs belong to their respective owners. You may use them to browse and purchase; other use requires the relevant rights or permission. Reviews must reflect your experience, respect others’ rights and avoid disclosing personal information.

Service interruptions can occur. We remain responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory warranties, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevents a consumer from approaching a competent authority.

Applicable law and changes

Indian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Please contact our grievance officer first so we can try to resolve a concern. Your right to approach a competent court, consumer commission or statutory authority remains unaffected.

We may update these terms with a revised date. The terms disclosed when you placed an order apply to that order, except where a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
