Information we handle

When you create an account, shop or contact us, we handle your name, email, optional account phone number, password hash, delivery and billing addresses, recipient phone number, cart, wishlist, orders, reviews and support correspondence. If you request a business invoice, we also handle your business name and GSTIN.

Our service records account session identifiers and sign-in, expiry and sign-out information. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver and protect the website.

Why we use this information

We use these details to manage accounts, remember shopping selections, calculate delivery and taxes, process and reconcile payments, fulfil orders, handle returns and complaints, issue invoices, prevent misuse and meet accounting and legal obligations. Order and service communications are used to support your purchase.

You can browse without an account. Information required for account creation, delivery, payment or a GST invoice must be supplied to use those features. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it by contacting us; this may prevent us from providing the affected service. Optional marketing requires a separate choice and is not a condition of purchasing.

Payments through Razorpay

Online payment details are entered in Razorpay Checkout. We receive transaction references, amounts, payment status and refund information needed to reconcile your order. Our checkout does not ask you to enter full card numbers, CVVs, OTPs or UPI PINs into our own forms, and we do not store those credentials.

Razorpay and the relevant banks or payment networks process payment information under their own terms and notices. Read the Razorpay Privacy Policy.

Who receives information

Authorised staff and service providers receive information needed for their work: hosting and database providers, Razorpay and payment networks, delivery partners, order communication providers and professional advisers. Where a seller fulfils an order, the seller receives the information needed for fulfilment and support. Information may also be disclosed to authorities where required by law or to investigate fraud and legal claims.

Service providers may process information in locations outside your state or India, subject to applicable legal requirements. We do not sell personal information. A provider’s separate website or payment service is governed by its own privacy notice.

Cookies and browser storage

The storefront uses browser local storage for sign-in tokens, account state, cart and wishlist selections and recovery of an unfinished checkout. Signed-in cart and wishlist data are also saved to your account. Razorpay may use its own cookies or similar technology when you open its checkout.

You can sign out and clear site data in your browser. Clearing browser data does not delete account or order records held by us and may remove guest selections or interrupt checkout recovery. Contact support if a payment is uncertain before paying again.

Retention and security

We retain information for the purposes described here and for applicable tax, accounting, dispute and legal requirements. GST records subject to section 36 of the CGST Act are generally retained for 72 months from the due date of the relevant annual return; proceedings or other legal requirements may require longer retention. An account deletion request does not erase invoices or other records that must lawfully be retained.

Access controls, password hashing and payment verification help protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your account credentials and report suspected misuse promptly.

Your choices and requests

You can update profile details and saved addresses in your account. Contact our grievance officer to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy complaint. We may request proportionate verification of your identity before acting, explain any lawful retention requirement and respond according to applicable law.

The shop is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly invite children to create accounts or submit personal information. If a child’s information has been provided, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to this notice

We will publish changes here with an updated date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. This notice describes our handling of information; it does not ask you to waive your statutory rights.
